The secret of ‘that lean guy’ staying lean is most probably due to his higher rate of Metabolism. Overweight people can decrease their weights by increasing their metabolism rates by eating proper food and avoiding the metabolism decreasing food .
1) Spicy Foods. Spices can raise the metabolic rate by up to 50% for up to 3 hours after you’ve eaten a spicy meal.. Some great types of spicy foods you can try include Indian, Mexican and Thai. You can also spice up your daily dishes by adding chili powder and pepper. Spicy Food should be eaten in moderation or can cause stomach problems.

Some of the most popular super foods are blueberries, grapefruit, oranges, tomatoes and yoghurt. Evidence suggests that this can cause damage to your kidneys and deprive your body of vital nutrients. Instead ,replace some of the carbohydrates and fats in your diet with proteins. For example, Try to increase lean meats in your meals.
